My new film 'Fairycatcher' is drawing close to completion as I am in the final weeks of Post Production at Windmill Lane Post Production Studios in Dublin.  I am very happy with the way the film has come together and this weekend the Teaser Trailer will be premiered at the Corona Cork Film Festival in Ireland. I will be releasing the trailer online right here on deviantART and on my own official site www.kealanorourke.com on Halloween, October 31st. I've just released the first image from the film which you can check out in my gallery, I hope you like it and I look forward to sharing the film with you soon.

A few people have been asking questions about this film so I thought it would be a good idea to give you some more information. This film was actually my first proper film, made in my graduate year from college a few years ago.  It was a nightmare to shoot, as there was a few all night shoots, and with no money with a student crew in a pitch black forest in Kildare, Ireland in freezing February.  But we managed to cobble something together that I was happy with and I still enjoy showing people.  The film was shot on 16mm film, with an impressive budget of 1,000 euro.
